Data Processing

Glucose Watch - Dexcom Companion does not require an account and does not store or transmit your glucose data to any server. All processing happens locally on your device.

What We Access

• Dexcom Quick Glance notifications — Glucose Watch - Dexcom Companion reads these notifications to extract glucose values for display on your watch. It only processes Dexcom notifications and does not read, store, or transmit any other notifications.
• Bluetooth — Used to send glucose data from your phone to your paired Wear OS watch.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not collect, store, or transmit your glucose data to any server.
• We do not require sign-in or account creation.
• We do not share your data with third parties.
• We do not use analytics or tracking.
• We do not show ads.

Glucose Watch - Dexcom Companion is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dexcom.

Data Flow

Glucose readings flow only from the Dexcom app (via notifications) to your phone, and from your phone to your watch over Bluetooth. No data leaves your devices.

Support

If you contact support, diagnostic information about the app's connection and sync status may be included in the message you choose to send. No glucose values, trend data, or personal notification content are included in diagnostics. Screenshots shared voluntarily may contain additional information at the user's discretion — we recommend cropping or redacting any personal information before sending. Support emails and any attachments are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your issue and are deleted within 90 days.

International Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area or Canada, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data you have shared with us via support communications. To exercise these rights please contact support@sagittasoftware.com.
